Customer Control:
With the Orange Coast Total Promise we want you to control your schedule, not us. You can make an appointment, just come by, or take advantage of our early bird or after hours drop off either way we'll get your vehicle taken care of asap. Our extended service hours make it convenient for your to pick up or drop off your vehicle. And to make things easier when you pick up your vehicle you will check out right with your service advisor so there won't be any long lines at the cashier!! We're not like the cable company that make you choose between 9-12 or 12-5, we work on your schedule not ours. In fact if you're not updated during the day and we don't have your vehicle done when we promised then we'll give you $100 in ORANGE COAST BUCKS to use towards any service, repair, or purchase. In addtion, we can arrange for convenient alternate transportation at your request.

With the Orange Coast Total Promise, We stand behind every repair we make for a full 1 year and 12,000 miles.

You don't have to pay for the same repair twice under our warranty period of 12 months or 12000 miles. It doesn't happen often but if it does we want you to have the peace of mind that our wallet will be affected, not yours.

Menu Pricing
With the Orange Coast Total Promise, you'll never get a bill that's a surprise. There's nothing worse than getting a bill that doesn't match the quote. At Orange Coast you'll have a menu to choose from and the price we quote is the price you'll pay, with no "add on" surprises. And since your service advisor will also be your cashier there's no room for error!
