I worked out the numbers for leasing with my sales manager ahead over the phone. When I got to the dealership, everything was as promised. One small disappointment was the car had minor scratches on it. Nothing major to deter me from leasing it as the deal was very attractive. Sudip did tried his best to detail the car and buffed out the scratches. Overall, I am very happy to lease this car!

Completed the pre-approval application online and negotiation was a breeze, so when I got to the dealership all the paperwork was ready for signing. I brought my grand Cherokee in for an AC repair and to have my engine coolant housing checked for a leak. Paul Gordon at the Service department was very helpful from the moment I called to schedule the appointment to the time I picked up my vehicle! Hassle free shopping! Came in test drove the vehicle I was looking for. They removed that overly priced KARR Alarm. $1495 is too steep for an aftermarket system. The entire staff were friendly and professional and Meade the whole process a cake walk. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new or used car. They listened to my needs and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. If anything they downsold me so I wasn’t buying options that I would never use just because I thought they were cool. Very satisfied with my experience purchasing the minivan from Josh. I had purchased a new Caravan in 2006. This time, I visited 4 dealers, Josh was outstanding with replying to my budget in writing within hours. He did not try to use urgency or drama to push product. This is the CDJR dealership everyone should be going to. Tommy and Richie on the sales team were outstanding to work with. We got our Pacifica at a great price with no pressure and very straightforward process. AVOID other dealerships that refuse to give you the OTD price upfront and try to bait people with bogus discounts. I highly recommend this dealership.
