Tony is the goat. He literally is the best at service, communication, and in general helping me get my car situated, regardless of the situation! ASK FOR JOSE! I got a used Hybrid Pacifica last year which are known for being a little glitchy. McPeek in Anaheim wanted to charge me $800 just to diagnose it on top of the fix -- what?! Wendy was the best! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire processing I finding the right Jeep for me. She had me test drive approximately 7-8 different vehicles until I knew for sure which one was for me. She sat in the back seat reading off all the specs of each different vehicle so I could mentally compare the guts of each jeep. Great experience, went in knowing what I wanted and didn’t have to haggle over the details
They completed the service on my truck confidently and in a timely manner. I was given proper notification to pick up my truck when it was ready without having a stand and wait for extended periods of time. There was some greasy fingerprints left on the paint job, but I pointed those out to the attendant and they were promptly cleaned up, which I greatly appreciated. I will certainly come back the next time I need service.

The worst experience ever, and shame on me. DEAN Rutherford, every time his lips moved he lied. Poor Communication skills, zero respect for people's time, and, most of all, the biggest xx service manager I have ever met. AS for Orange Coast Chrysler Mechanics, ZERO respect for the vehicle, smelled like someone took a dump in my vehicle, left work rags in the engine bay, spent $4k on a head gasket replacement on a warranty motor they replaced, which only had 15K on it, and was suggested by them to replace the motor ORIGINALLY. I had a very disappointing experience at Orange Coast Jeep from start to finish. General Manager Larry Smith and General Sales Manager John Barrett have no supervision of the Sales Staff. Sales staff only focused on selling lemons. I had a rip in the seat of my car and the dealership has taken no accountability. After the purchase, follow-up support was difficult to obtain, and concerns I raised were not handled with the level of professionalism I expected. Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer, and I would encourage going to another dealership.
I am beyond disgusted with the customer service at this place. Just bought a truck here that has some issues. Called numerous times no response, so decided to go down there to get some things taken care of (hopefully). Was told I was going to get a call for sure on a certain day but never did. At this point, I will be looking for legal representation to get everything taken care of because I feel that they purposely sell messed up used cars and don't care anything about the customer.

After a terrible experience at a competitor, I almost wrote off the idea of another jeep. I reluctantly inquired as a last resort at Orange Coast, and I am so glad I did! Deder is awesome! He was able to help match me with a perfect vehicle and within budget. The entire team was friendly, helpful and just generally likable. If you were going to grab coffee or a drink with some dealership folks, these would be the ones! If you are looking for any of these brands, I highly HIGHLY recommend heading here.

I had an amazing experience with the whole staff here. From the first phone call with Deeder I just knew this was going to be the place I bought my truck. He made the process an wait time feel like we were at home. Professional staff and great vibes here. Never felt like I was talking to a sales person. Closed the deal but an fast and Riley was amazing with getting us out the door an explaining all the paperwork to us. Thank you again! I will be back to buy another car from you guys soon.
