Very satisfied with my experience purchasing the minivan from Josh. I had purchased a new Caravan in 2006. This time, I visited 4 dealers, Josh was outstanding with replying to my budget in writing within hours. He did not try to use urgency or drama to push product. There are many things to be said about here. From start you aren’t bulldozed which I liked. I walked in and then was greeted. Called in to check on a vehicle today as many dealers have great prices online but when you show up nowadays they all seem to have many accessory fees added on and they won’t sell the cars for the prices listed online but way more like any where from $4k-5.5k on top, I believe this is the best way to waste time and gas, very frustrating if you really thought would be that easy, well, I came into this dealer today and drove one off their lot and now sitting in my garage, all took less than 2-3 ...

This is the CDJR dealership everyone should be going to. Tommy and Richie on the sales team were outstanding to work with. We got our Pacifica at a great price with no pressure and very straightforward process. AVOID other dealerships that refuse to give you the OTD price upfront and try to bait people with bogus discounts. I highly recommend this dealership.

I worked with Rod Muller for the purchase of my 2024 new vehicle. I had pretty specific criteria (No down payment, a certain monthly payment, and a very specific vehicle.) I'd recently paid off my older vehicle and therefore was not interested in making a huge down payment on a new car. We went to the dealership disappointed and almost 100% decided to go for another brand of car. During our lease we had mechanical and electrical problems and finally they were going to change the engine of our car (Jeep compass). But, thanks to a very friendly and competent salesman (called Mohammad) we left there with another Jeep, this time a Wrangler Willis. It's incredible how when we find capable and willing people everything becomes simpler and easier! If you are looking for a dealership, ask for this seller, he is incredible and will definitely be able to help you!
