Limited Powertrain Warranty
Every 2026 RAM truck offers America’s Best Full-Size Truck Powertrain Limited Warranty. Good for 10 years or 100,000 miles, this warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair a powertrain component that is defective in materials and workmanship. Examples of such components include the engine, transfer case, and driveshafts. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. This is an impressive improvement on the previous RAM limited powertrain warranty, which was strong in its own right. It covered gas engines for five years or 60,000 miles and diesel engines for five years or 100,000 miles.
New Vehicle Limited Warranty
The New Vehicle Limited Warranty comes standard on every new RAM truck at our Costa Mesa, CA, RAM dealership. It’s valid for three years or 36,000 miles. It covers parts and components not associated with the powertrain – for example, the climate control system, infotainment features, and lights. It doesn’t cover anything related to routine maintenance or any RAM parts that were added to the vehicle after it left the manufacturing plant.
FlexCare® Vehicle Protection
For even more peace of mind, choose FlexCare® Vehicle Protection. FlexCare® offers extended coverage that transcends your vehicle’s factory warranty. For example, there’s the Extended Care Premium package, which provides full mechanical coverage of 5,000+ components. You can also consider Extended Care Plus, which covers the powertrain plus more than 850 additional components. Flexible term options are also available – up to eight years or 125,000 miles, or unlimited miles up to seven years. There are also different deductible levels, depending on the plan and the term you choose.
