If 910 pound-feet of torque doesn’t say heavy-duty pickup, we don’t know what will, as that gives this truck the ability to tow up to 35,500 pounds, and that number has only gone up as the years go by. Any truck with a diesel option will pay off dividends and take you further, and the Silverado HD is well-equipped to take you wherever the workday or your adventures lead.
Another big contender in the truck market is Ram, and their heavy-duty series of trucks is no joke. For example, the 2020 Ram 3500 has not only a diesel option that produces 850 pound-feet of torque but a high-output version that produces 1,000 pound-feet of torque.
