Check Out These Amazing Springtime Events In Orange County

There’s no doubt that living in the Orange County area has a number of incredible benefits, not the least of which is the gorgeous weather we have here. While this weather is perfect for heading to the beach, going for a cruise, or a day at a park for some outdoor time, it also makes for ideal conditions for hosting incredible events. A lot of other places have to hope for good weather for springtime events, but here in Orange County, it’s pretty well guaranteed.

As winter draws to a close, we thought it would be fun to take a look at some of the fantastic springtime events that are coming up. There’s really something for everyone here, so no matter what you are into or fascinated by, you’ll find something that will get your attention. A lot of us here at Orange Coast CJDRF are already planning out our weekends and figuring out which of these events we want to go to. And we hope to see you, our friends and customers, there having a great time and celebrating the beauty of living in Orange County.

Four Wheeler Adventure Expo 2020 – March 7th-8th

Although this is coming in a little bit before the actual start of spring, we can’t help ourselves with this one. The Four Wheeler Adventure Expo 2020 is a thrilling celebration of off-roading, 4WD vehicles, and exploring the great outdoors with the spirit of adventure and discovery. As a Jeep dealership, you know we are all about these things, so this is a great way to kick off the spring event season.

The Four Wheeler Adventure Expo goes from Saturday, March 7th, from 9 am to 7 pm through Sunday, March 8th, from 9 am to 4 pm. It is being held at the OC Fair & Events Center in Costa Mesa, and tickets are available now for either a single day or the full weekend. You can also register a camping vehicle now if you want to bring your Jeep, SUV, or truck to the show.

Orange County Cherry Blossom Festival – March 13th-15th

There are few things that we can think of to better typify the gorgeous environment of Orange County than the OC Cherry Blossom Festival. Although primarily a celebration of Japanese and Japanese-American culture, it is also a chance to get out and see the gorgeous cherry blossoms in bloom. There will be music, performances, activities, and delicious foods to try, making this a great event for the whole family.

The Orange County Cherry Blossom Festival will be held on Friday, March 13th, from 5 pm to 9 pm, on Saturday, March 14th, from 10 am to 9 pm, and on Sunday, March 15th, from 10 am to 4 pm. Single-day admission is just $5, with weekend passes available for $10, and admission for children under 10 and seniors over 65 is free. The Festival will be held at Huntington Beach Central Park, so don’t miss it!

Orange County Patches and Pins Expo – March 21st

Looking to add a little flair to your wardrobe or other accessories? Then check out the Orange County Patches and Pins Expo for an incredible collection of vendors, manufacturers, and collectors of pins, patches, and other fashion accessories. This event has been growing rapidly each year, with this year’s gathering looking to be the best ever.

The Orange County Patches and Pins Expo will be held on Saturday, March 21st, from noon to 9 pm. Admission is free, with free pins being given to the first 400 attendees in line, and more than 10,000 people are expected to attend this year. The Patches and Pins Expo will be held at the 4th Street Market in Santa Ana, so mark your calendar now.

The OC Spring Home & Garden Show – April 3rd-5th

If you have any home improvement or landscaping projects in mind for the next year or so, then spring is a great time to start planning and figuring out how to make your dreams become a reality. The OC Spring Home & Garden Show is a fantastic opportunity to find out what’s new in home improvement, meet vendors and professionals in the home and garden industries, and make a plan for what work you want to get done on your home.

The OC Spring Home & Garden Show runs from Friday, April 3rd through Sunday, April 5th. Hours are from noon to 7 pm on Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm on Saturday, and from 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday. Admission is free, and there are lots of great giveaways and prizes to be had at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Orange County Vegan Fest – April 5th

For delicious eats, it’s hard to beat the Orange County Vegan Fest. Whether you are vegan, you’re interested and curious about vegan cuisine, or you just like eating lots of different foods, the Vegan Fest is the place to be. Come taste how delicious and diverse plant-based dining can be, and maybe you’ll decide to add more vegan dishes to your dinner table.

The Orange County Vegan Fest is on Sunday, April 5th, from 11 am to 6 pm with free admission to all. There will be dozens of vendors with lots of different dishes for you to try, so be sure to come hungry. The OC Vegan Fest is being held in downtown Santa Ana with plenty of parking available.

WonderCon Anaheim 2020 – April 10th-12th

If you have any interest in comic books, anime, video games, or any of the other trappings of modern nerd culture, then you need to check out WonderCon. What began as a comic book convention has grown over the years and now embraces many different aspects of pop culture.

WonderCon is particularly noteworthy for having a slightly smaller scale than San Diego Comic-Con, giving you more room to breathe, and hosting some of the best cosplayers in the world.

This year, WonderCon is being held from Friday, April 10th through Sunday, April 12th; it will run from 11:30 am to 7 pm on Friday, 10 am to 7 pm on Saturday, and 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday. Tickets are available now, and the event is being held at the Anaheim Convention Center, so make your plans today.

California Wine Festival Orange County – April 17th-18th

If you find yourself getting thirsty in the spring, then be sure to check out the California Wine Festival Orange County this year. This event brings some of the best wineries in California together, offering you the chance to taste delicious wines and the foods that pair well with them. Just remember to drink responsibly and never operate a vehicle while under the influence of any kind of alcohol.

The California Wine Festival Orange County will be held from Friday, April 17th through Saturday, April 18th. This event will run from 6:30 pm to 9 pm on Friday and from 1 pm to 4 pm on Saturday. It will be held at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott in Dana Point, so be sure to get your tickets today.

West Coast Gem & Mineral Show – Spring – May 8th-10th

Whether you have an interest in gems for display, make your own jewelry, or simply collect interesting stones, the West Coast Gem & Mineral Show – Spring is for you. There will be nearly 100 vendors at the show, offering items for both retail and wholesale buyers. This is one of the biggest gem and stone shows of the year, so be sure to check it out.

The West Coast Gem & Mineral Show – Spring is being held on Friday, May 8th through Sunday, May 10th. Admission is free, though there is a charge for parking, and the event goes from 10 am to 6 pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday. The show is being held at the Hilton Orange County in Costa Mesa, so make your plans now.
